Our chai is brewed using a generational recipe, and while we offer options like regular or oat milk and a standard amount of sugar, we believe that changing these ingredients may affect the taste and overall experience of our chai.

We will send a quote based off your party details. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit and signed contract to confirm your reservation. The invoice balance is due 10 days before your event. Our contract states our rescheduling policies.

Space: We need a flat, clean area to set up the cart. Ideally, a 10x10 foot space for easy movement and service.

Power: We bring our own generator for power, but access to electricity can help with some equipment. Please let us know the setup location so we can plan accordingly.

Cha-Lo is located in San Jose, CA. However, we are always up for a good road trip! Let us know your event location and we'll do our best to make it happen. Ask us about a mileage quote.

Yes! We can prepare and deliver everything directly to your event. Just let us know the details, and we’ll coordinate a drop-off service that works for you.
